Who we are

Originally from Dodge City, KS, Beth and John Moses moved to Wichita in 1999 with an ambition to contribute to the community. Beth immediately began serving at Victory Sports Bar and instantly began learning the restaurant and bar industry from the inside out. Following her service at Victory, she began a long career at Old Chicago, where she built a loyal clientele through her attention to detail, charismatic personality, and dedication to her craft. Prior to their acquisition of Dudley’s Sports Bar, she served as General Manager of Twin Peaks, bringing the same cherished, familiar face to all her patrons.

John served the community as a Physical Education teacher in the public school system for 20 years, also coaching wrestling programs throughout the metro. His dedication to the community's youth is unwavering, and his attention to detail is unparalleled.

Beth and John are a dynamic duo, working side by side to create the best environment in Wichita for great, inexpensive dining with friends and family. They have created a true “Cheers” atmosphere with an “everybody knows your name” feeling. They believe and contribute to the community, and it’s not uncommon to have them come visit your table to catch up, while remembering your favorite dish or drink.
